El propietario de Bitcoin.org denuncia que el sitio es víctima de un ataque DDoS

Un sitio web destinado a apoyar el desarrollo de parece estar sufriendo un ataque DDoS.

Cøbra, el propietario seudónimo de Bitcoin.org, informó el día hoy vía Twitter de que el sitio web ha sufrido un ataque «absolutamente masivo» de denegación de servicio, o DDoS, junto con una petición de rescate por una cantidad no revelada de Bitcoin (). Al momento de redacción, todavía se puede acceder a Bitcoin.org.

«Antes se podía luchar razonablemente contra la mayoría de los ataques DDoS», dijo Cøbra. «Ahora te tumban a placer. Ya no hay ‘lucha’, te caes y te quedas caído hasta que te dejan en paz».
